Frequently asked questions
- Is there any charge for buyers or tenants?
- No. Searching, viewing listings, using the calculators, and contacting an owner, dealer or builder are all free, and no brokerage is charged on a deal.
- Is posting a listing free for dealers and builders too?
- Yes. Owners, dealers and builders all post free, and dealers and builders additionally get a public portfolio page with their live inventory at no cost.
- What do paid upgrades change?
- Optional upgrades affect placement and prominence only — for example featuring a listing higher on a city page. They never gate a listing out of search results and never restrict who can contact a seller.
- Are there listing limits?
- Ordinary owner accounts post individual properties; dealer and builder accounts carry larger inventories. If an account posts duplicate or misrepresented listings, those listings are removed regardless of any upgrade.
Costs outside this platform still apply on a purchase: stamp duty and registration set by your state, and loan processing charges. Estimate them with the stamp duty calculator and the EMI calculator.
