How BuySellProperty works

Buyers and tenants search by city, locality, configuration or budget and send an enquiry straight to the owner, dealer or builder who posted the listing. Sellers post free, verify a phone number, and answer enquiries themselves. No brokerage is charged to either side, and no account is needed to browse.

If you're buying or renting

    Search by city, locality, BHK or budget

    Start from a city page and narrow by locality, configuration, budget, property type or possession status. Every filter has its own URL, so a search you like can be bookmarked or shared.

  2. Step 2

    Compare on the right area measure

    Check whether a listing quotes carpet, built-up or super built-up area before comparing prices, and use the per-sqft figure shown on each card rather than total price alone.

  3. Step 3

    Contact the owner directly

    Send an enquiry from the listing page. It goes to the owner, dealer or builder who posted it, and their reply comes back to you — no brokerage on your side.

  4. Step 4

    Verify documents before paying anything

    Ask for the title chain, encumbrance certificate, latest tax receipt, society NOC and occupancy or RERA details. Verification on this site confirms the poster, not the property's legal status.

    Post the listing free

    Add location, area with its measure, price and photos. Listings with a floor plan and six or more photos receive materially more enquiries.

  2. Step 2

    Verify your phone or business

    Phone verification is required before a listing goes live; dealers and builders can additionally verify business details for a badge.

  3. Step 3

    Answer enquiries yourself

    Enquiries arrive in your inbox with an email alert. You reply, share details and arrange visits directly.

  4. Step 4

    Mark it sold or rented

    Closing the listing stops further enquiries and feeds the locality price data other users see.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay brokerage anywhere in this process?
No. Neither the buyer or tenant nor the seller pays brokerage on this platform. If a listing is posted by a dealer, any fee arrangement is between you and that dealer and is disclosed by them, not charged by us.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Browsing, filtering and viewing listings, price data, guides and calculators needs no account. An account is needed to post a listing, save searches or send an enquiry so replies can reach you.
How quickly does a listing go live?
After phone verification and an automated policy screen, listings typically go live the same day. Listings that appear to be duplicates or misrepresent the property are held for review.
Can I search across multiple cities at once?
Search is city-scoped so results stay relevant, but saved searches can be created per city and each will alert you separately when matching inventory appears.
