Terms of use

BuySellProperty is a listing platform. Listings are created by owners, dealers and builders, not by us. We are not a broker, not an agent for either side, and not a party to any transaction that follows from a listing.

We do not verify legal title, encumbrances, approvals, measurements or possession status. Verification badges confirm that the person posting was reachable and, for businesses, that they submitted business details — nothing more.

You may post a property you own, or one you are authorised to market as a dealer or builder. You must verify a phone number before a listing goes live.

One property, one listing. Duplicates, bait listings, and listings for a property you have no right to market are removed.

Location, price or rent, and the area figure together with the measure used (carpet, built-up or super built-up). Quoting one measure's number under another measure's label is a misrepresentation.

Property type, configuration, and possession or availability status. Photos must be of the property itself.

Close the listing as sold or rented once the deal is done, so buyers are not contacting unavailable inventory.

Demanding money from a buyer or tenant to view a property, scraping the site or harvesting contact details, sending bulk unsolicited messages, impersonating another person or business, and posting content that is unlawful or infringes someone's rights.

Attempting to access data belonging to other accounts, or to bypass the platform's rate limits, verification or access controls.

You keep ownership of your listing text and photos and grant us permission to host, display, resize and distribute them on the platform and in search and social previews of the listing page.

You confirm you have the right to publish everything you upload, including photos taken by someone else.

We may hold, edit or remove a listing, and suspend an account, where a listing appears to breach these terms or a report is upheld. Serious or repeated breaches end access without refund of any optional paid upgrade.

Price, rent, ₹/sqft and locality figures on city, locality and insight pages are averages and medians of asking prices from live listings on this site for the period stated. They are not registered transaction values, not a valuation, and not investment advice.

Calculators are estimates. Stamp duty, registration charges, tax treatment and lending terms are set by state governments, tax authorities and lenders and change over time — confirm the current position before you rely on a figure.

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, from a listing's accuracy, from reliance on aggregate data or calculators, or from service interruption.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

These terms may be updated, and the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
