Privacy policy
We collect the data needed to run an owner-direct listing platform: your account details, what you publish in a listing, the enquiries you send or receive, and basic usage data. Contact details are shared only with the counterparty in a conversation you started, and are never sold or passed to lead brokers.
What we collect
Account data: your name, phone number and email address, and for dealers and builders the business details you choose to add for verification.
Listing data: everything you enter about a property you post, including location, area, price, photos and documents you attach.
Enquiry data: the messages, offers and visit requests you send or receive, so both sides can see the conversation history.
Usage data: pages viewed, listings saved and searches run, plus standard technical data such as IP address, device type and browser, used for security and to measure performance.
How we use it
To show your listing to buyers and tenants, deliver enquiries to you, and alert you by email when something needs your attention.
To verify that the person posting a listing is reachable, and to detect duplicate, misrepresented or fraudulent listings.
To compute the aggregate figures shown on city, locality and insight pages. These aggregates are counts, medians and averages only — they never identify a person or reveal contact details.
To send service messages you can control from your notification settings, such as saved-search alerts and digests.
What we share
When you send an enquiry, the seller sees the identity and contact path needed to reply to you; when you post a listing, buyers see the contact path you chose to publish.
We use third-party providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, and error and performance monitoring. They process data only to provide those services.
We do not sell buyer or seller contact details, and we do not pass them to agents or lead brokers.
We disclose data where a law, court order or a lawful request from an authority requires it.
Retention
Account and listing data is kept while your account is active. Closed listings are retained so historical enquiries stay readable and so aggregate price data remains consistent.
Deleting your account removes your profile and unpublishes your listings. Some records are retained where needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution or a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings, change or turn off notification categories, and request correction or deletion of your account data.
Cookies and local storage are used to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as your unit of area, and measure page performance. Blocking them may sign you out or break parts of the site.
Security
Access to data is restricted by row-level database policies so an account can only read its own private records. Contact details of sellers are not exposed in bulk through public endpoints or the sitemap.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe an account has been accessed without permission, report it from the site immediately.
Children
The platform is intended for adults transacting in property and is not directed at children.
Changes
When this policy changes materially, the updated version is published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after that means the updated policy applies.
To ask a privacy question or request a correction or deletion, use the support options on the contact page. See also our terms of use.
