About BuySellProperty
BuySellProperty is an owner-direct property marketplace for India. Owners, dealers and builders list flats, houses, plots, commercial space and PG accommodation for free; buyers and tenants see the seller's own details and contact them directly. There is no brokerage charged to either side, and no agent is inserted between an enquiry and the person who owns the property.
Why we built it this way
Most property search in India ends in a call from someone who does not own the property. We removed that step: every listing belongs to a verified account, enquiries go to that account's inbox, and the reply comes from the owner, dealer or builder themselves.
The second problem is comparability. Two listings in the same building can quote carpet, built-up or super built-up area, which changes the apparent size by 20–30% and makes per-sqft comparison meaningless. Every listing here states which measure it uses, plots are quoted in the unit that city actually transacts in (sq.yd, guntha, cent, bigha), and city pages publish median asking prices per locality computed from live listings.
What we publish
Alongside listings, the site publishes locality price data, best-locality rankings and rent-vs-buy ratios computed from live inventory, plus calculators for stamp duty, registration, EMI and area conversion, and guides on documents, registration, loans, RERA and rent agreements. All aggregates are asking prices from this site's inventory — we do not present them as registered transaction values.
What we don't do
We are not a broker and we do not represent either side of a deal. We do not verify legal title, encumbrances or approvals — that is due diligence you or your lawyer must do. We never sell contact details of buyers or sellers.

- It is an independent property listing platform for the Indian market, operated by its own small product team. Listings are posted by owners, dealers and builders; the platform does not act as a broker and does not take a cut of any transaction.
- How do you make money if listings are free?
- Posting is free. Revenue comes from optional visibility upgrades for sellers and dealers. Paying does not change whether a listing appears in search results or who can contact a seller.
- Do you verify listings?
- Phone numbers are verified before a listing goes live, dealers and builders can verify business details, and listings are screened for policy violations. Verification confirms the person posting, not the legal title of the property — always check documents yourself.
