Every project above the RERA threshold must be registered. Search the registers this site holds, then confirm on the authority's own portal before you pay. Everything runs in your browser; nothing you type is saved or sent.
RERA number lookup
Registration number, project name or promoter name.
Only the state registers listed on the RERA page are searched. A missing entry does not mean a project is unregistered; the authority's portal is the final word.
Common questions
How do I check if a project is RERA registered?
Search the registration number or project name here, open the entry, and confirm it on the state authority's portal, which is linked from each entry.
What if a project is not on the register?
Ask the builder for the registration number and certificate. Selling or advertising a project that needs registration without it breaks the RERA Act.
