RERA registered projects

Every state runs its own register of the real estate projects registered with it, and publishes that register as a public record. This section copies those entries as they are published and links each record back to the page it came from. Registration means the promoter filed the project's plans, timeline and approvals with the authority and can be held to them. It is not a statement that a project is a good one, that it will finish on time, or that anyone has inspected it.
