What happens if possession slips?

The agreement carries a delay clause with interest payable to you. Read clause 8 in the sample agreement before you pay a token.

Can I resell before possession?

Yes, after the agreement is registered and the builder's transfer charge is paid. It is typically ₹150–250 per sqft.

Is the price negotiable?

On the remaining inventory, usually through a waived floor rise or a free car park rather than a headline discount.
